    Florida Licensing On Wheels mobile offices bring motorist services to the customer. FLOW mobiles offer the following services:

    • Change from out of state driver license to Florida license
    • Renewals
    • Duplicates for lost or stolen license
    • Address/name changes
    • ID cards
    • Reinstatements
    • Emergency Contact Information registration

    Please check all licensing and proof of identity requirements. Please note that no written or driving tests are given from mobile units.
